My parents live at BVT. They are really stepping up their game! The remodel is very nice and the chef, Greg, is doing everything he can to make the food delicious. Recently the activities have been super fun!

Way to step up, Bonaventure Tigard. I’ve seen improvements recently from staff, facility updates, activities and general welcoming. My mom is active in the community. She is happy and feels safe!

My mom loves this place. There's lots to do. She's made a lot of new friends, and the staff are very helpful and kind to her about anything. Such a a relief for the whole family that she's well taken care of and is not worrying about home maintenance and weed pulling anymore<br>She's close by to the grandkids and great grandkids who also visit her often and are welcome to eat in the dining room with her.<br>We used the free huge hospitality room for her hundredth birthday party.

Update: they delete reviews on yelp as I have seen a couple disappear over the last week. I went to comment on one and the review was gone.<br>When I liked it, they stated the company has been deleting reviews. Make it well known that they do not want to know how awful this place is. It’s a real shame that they’re not willing to change. The current management is running this place to the ground.<br><br>A little over a year ago, I toured this facility while beginning the difficult journey of finding memory care for my family member. During that visit, I sat down with the young lady who was running the memory care unit. She was incredibly warm, deeply knowledgeable, and exceptionally compassionate. The insights she shared gave me the clarity and confidence I so desperately needed. Even if we didn’t choose this facility, I left feeling profoundly grateful for her guidance. It felt like a well-oiled machine driven by genuine heart.<br>Unfortunately, we have now reached the point where we must make a final decision, and I recently returned to the facility. I was heartbroken to learn that this dedicated individual has left the organization.<br>The change in environment is both palpable and deeply concerning. The warm, structured energy we initially experienced has been replaced by an atmosphere that feels chaotic, unsettled, and spread far too thin. Without the steady, caring leadership that once defined this unit, the high standard of care seems to have crumbled.<br>It brings me great sadness to write this, but I no longer feel the sense of safety and security that is absolutely vital for our vulnerable loved ones. For families walking this incredibly difficult path, I would urge you to look elsewhere. We all want peace of mind, and tragically, I no longer believe this facility can provide
