If ever a place were appropriately named, Best Care of Brandon certainly is. I chose it very carefully when my beloved mother needed dementia care and they have never let me down. I feel like the staff, including management, and I have formed a team focused on what is best for my mom. Whether via phone, email or text, we are in constant communication. My mom is NOT an easy patient and they go the extra mile to meet her needs. I’m deeply grateful to have a clean, comfortable, caring and compassion-filled home where my mom can live out her last days. Nothing but rave reviews from me. Thanks to every staff member - you mean the world to me. JEM

I am very grateful to have found Best Care of Brandon when I needed a 24-hour care facility for my mother. After visiting several locations, I was immediately impressed upon meeting Rebecca and felt confident that this was the right choice.<br><br>The facility itself is warm and inviting, thoughtfully designed to resemble a small town, which creates a comforting and non-clinical atmosphere. The staff are consistently courteous, attentive, and accommodating. I especially appreciate their willingness to assist with my mother’s appointments—when notified in advance, they ensure she is prepared and ready, making the process seamless.<br><br>Making the decision to place a loved one in a care facility is never easy, but choosing this location has provided me with peace of mind. I am confident that my mother is receiving excellent care. Additionally, the convenient location, just minutes from my home, makes visiting easy and frequent.

If your truly care about your loved one, and want them to be in the best of care, I would encourage you to have the care offered at Superior Residences of Brandon. The staff is caring and personable, and they provide the same warm comfort of care to you, as the care giver. They set their standards high on the level of quality to their residences, and meet them. They provide a complete program of activities to keep your loved one engaged and content. Nutritious menu throughout the day, and the safety and care you would only want for your loved one with special needs during memory loss. When you experience this level of commitment to care, it provides such a sense of peace and comfort to all.
