After a terrible experience with a previous caregiving company, Cornerstone really came in and saved the day. They were able to start very quickly, and with reasonable prices. Everything went as smooth as possible with setting up care, and I can honestly say I didn't have a single poor experience with any of the caregivers. Everyone at Cornerstone has a clear passion for what they do, and they are good at it.

Cornerstone cared for both of my parents in their home through the final stages of their lives, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. When you are evaluating home care companies, you are not just hiring a service. You are trusting a team with the dignity, comfort, and safety of the people you love most. Cornerstone understood that from day one. Their caregivers were consistently professional, compassionate, and reliable. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated my parents with genuine kindness and respect. Just as importantly, they adapted as our needs changed, which is critical in end-of-life care. What stood out most was the quality of the people. These were not just caregivers doing a job. They were thoughtful, attentive, and emotionally present. They built real relationships with my parents and provided our family with peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. From a practical standpoint, Cornerstone was also exceptionally well run. Scheduling was organized, coverage was dependable, and any issues were handled quickly and professionally. That level of operational consistency matters more than people realize until they are in the middle of it. If you are comparing home care options, my advice is to look beyond price and focus on trust, reliability, and the caliber of the caregivers. Cornerstone delivered on all three.
