After her discharge from the hospital, my mother was a resident in respite care. I can’t say enough about the quality of care they provided. My mother is basically an introvert and they had her involved in activities that shocked her whole family. She was really happy and thriving and that is primarily because of staff and their interactions with all the residents. Tiffany is very compassionate, knowledgeable and there’s a genuine kindness about her that makes you feel at ease and comfortable with leaving a loved one in their care. I could easily give Hawthorne five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing facility with amazing staff and administration! Staff treat residents with love and care and always go out of their way for your loved ones, truly a dedicated team! Daily activities at the facility keep everyone active, engaged and involved, and allows them to socialize and build a community. The rooms are neat and well made with more than enough space, and the wide selection of food is amazing! Would definitely recommend 10/10!!

The administrator, Tiffany, is a dictator! STAY AWAY. She does not listen to residents or families, is only in this for a pay check and has no empathy! I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to live in this place.

One of the best assisted living facilities in the area! They have a great activities program, and go above and beyond for their residents. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a new home for themselves or a loved one.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hawthorne Inn of Brandon, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Jeff, in particular, stood out with his exceptional service and friendly demeanor. He was knowledgeable about communities. The staff was friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. The building is beautiful. The residents where smiling, walking around and simply feeing the ducks. It was such a heartwarming sight. I highly recommend Hawthorne Village to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.
