Aweful company. DO NOT work here. The pay is horrible and they leave you hanging when you need a case. And not to mention the schedulers lie. Even payroll lies. Miserable B that processed payroll has to be monitored because she’s a liar. RUN from this trashy company.

My brother is a Disabled Veteran Amputee and was assigned this agency for Home Care..... It has been such a Hardship, this week it has been 3 days and no one has arrived on scheduled appointment, not even a phone call from the scheduler or Adminstrator......... Can not reach anyone after 3:30 by phone other than AI taking message. Have had several chances in the home care workers and need to show them what has to be done or how to assist him!<br>Suffering with Lymphoedema and needs a stocking from the foot to the groin applied after the shower, never helps with crying him off, many sit on their phones, some don't even watch or stand by if he would fall out of shower chair. Never clean the bathroom area or the shower stall or the shower chair, must be told, some say they don't do that or they can't bend or have back problems.<br>Not sure why some of them have chosen this line of work!!!<br>This has been frustrating and it seems no one really cares who runs this office. Very concerned for others seeking any help!!
