I had a great experience with Aqua Home Care recently. Russell did an amazing job organizing care and other resources we needed for my mother. The 24 hour care giver was wonderful, kind, and compassionate.

I am beyond words grateful for everything that James and his staff in the Tampa Bay Area has done for my family and I. The agency is exactly what I expected…a well ran organization. James and his staff is absolutely amazing. He hasn’t stopped advocating for my family since day one. He talks to us in layman’s terms and helps our family understand what’s happening with kindness and empathy. When my family member goes to the hospital, he goes to the hospital to make sure she’s as comfortable as she can be and so that he can make sure all follow up care is handled without any issues. When my family is struggling he tries to help us no matter the subject or what is it we are struggling with. Although there are many agency’s out there to choose from, there’s only one with James and his staff and that is Aqua Homecare! I highly recommend their service to anyone who is struggling to care for their loved ones alone. Thank you Aqua Homecare and Thank you James for being an amazing human being.

My experience with Aqua Home Care was nothing short of incredible. James took his time to listen to me and made sure they met every single expectation I had despite my circumstances being different than most and in such short notice, too. I felt comfortable and safe. I have no doubt in my mind that if I (or any of my family members) ever needed home care, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them. I trusted them with my life and they delivered. Thank you Aqua!

James and Chioma were so much help to our family in a very difficult set of circumstances. My Dad had dementia and needed a companion at night to ensure he wouldn't try to get out of bed without assistance after a bad fall where he broke his hip. Through his transition from the hospital, to rehab, back to his ALF, and eventually memory care, the one constant was the kind and caring presence of Chioma every night all week long. She helped make Dad's final months more bearable for him and us. All of our concerns and questions were addressed with compassion and immediate assistance by James and the whole Aqua team. It was truly a comfort having them help us address my Dad's needs in such a warm and consistent manner

I cannot say enough about how James!!!! He went out of his way in order to help me and my mother in our situation. I just happened to get a hold of him calling around and he helped not only get my mother into the best in home nursing program he also was able to help me get her into the best rehab facility before returning home. He answered the phone after hours every time or he called me back immediately every time I called. It was an absolute blessing to find him and I can't thank him enough for helping us through this process. Thank you James for helping me through this process. I Highly recommend James and Aqua in order to help with your elderly parents needs. Five stars does not do the quality of help we received !!!! 200 stars is more like it.
