I spend almost 2 months there as a resident. I left in June 2026. I have been back twice to visit residents and see the therapists and the nurses. It was a very good experience both times. I will be returning to visit soon.

Dont be fooled by the great reviews. My mother was there over a year. I had to complain numerous times about the dirty floors. They have roaches and had mice that left droppings in her nightstand. I begged to have this cleaned up and ended up helping because it wouldnt have been done otherwise. Also I see that many of the great reviews are coming from employees. I had just complained again about how I found my mom all dirty and covered in food then less than 24 hrs later she passed. Def wouldnt suggest this place.

My mother has been to several different nursing home facilities for rehabilitation therapy over the past three years, and so far, in my opinion this has been our best experience. No where is perfect, but Berkshire seems to be doing it well. The staff is attentive and friendly. They actually know my mother and how to approach her. I’m sorry to say, her name escapes me, but the administrator there with the cool hair is a ray of sunshine within an environment where the sun can be difficult to find at times.

There are many other staff members at the facility who are amazing. You can tell they enjoy their job and want to be there. Other places I have visited, you can sense the disinterest and lack of empathy . coming from some of the staff. It makes you feel uncomfortable to even be at the facility. I have never felt that way at Berkshire. I wish I knew names so I could praise the staff here appropriately.

No offense to any other facility, I know this is an impossibly demanding branch of healthcare to manage. However, whatever Berkshire's secret formula is, they should bottle it and distribute it to a few other places. Keep up the good work.

Brother Bob made a big difference praying with me and Danny West. He is a true blessing. The care Danny is and has been receiving is auvious above and beyond what is called for. God bless y'all.
