Since the new administrator arrived, I have noticed such a positive difference. In a short amount of time, she has shown genuine compassion, patience, and a true commitment to the residents and their families. Unlike my previous experiences, she takes the time to listen to concerns, responds with kindness, and makes you feel heard and valued.

One small act that meant a great deal to me was when she provided batteries for my sister's TV remote without hesitation. It may seem like a simple gesture, but it showed that she truly cares about the residents' comfort and quality of life.

As someone with a loved one living here, it means everything to know there is an administrator who is approachable, caring, and willing to take action. I am hopeful that, under her leadership, my sister's room will be painted and some of the other much-needed improvements throughout the facility will be addressed. I already feel much more at ease knowing my sister is in a place where leadership is actively involved and genuinely concerned about the well-being of the residents.

Thank you for making such a meaningful impact in such a short time. Your compassion and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the positive difference you are making.

My father was there for about 3 weeks to get care with rehabilitation and physical therapy. I absolutely didn’t care for the staff or the facility. The staff didn’t communicate properly and they were lazy. When my father got there we spoke to a social worker but she didn’t even tell him the specific days he was only able to stay. Then she called me to tell me this news instead of informing my father of this. When all she had to do is call him or go to his room and inform him. There was a bad storm and a power outage so it was hot which I get it the generator could only do so much. But then you walk by the nurses station they had all the fans pointing at them. Where were the fans for the residents? The food looked and I’m sure tasted disgusting. The only thing that was beyond satisfactory was the physical therapy that’s why I gave only 2 stars.

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Calling the alderman and reporters. This place is a travesty and the people that “work here” should be ashamed of themselves. But don’t worry, exposure is coming
