Aveena Memory Care

Aveena Memory Care is a memory care community in Damascus, Oregon, serving residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The community is family-owned and operated, welcoming a maximum of 15 residents to maintain a smaller, more personalized environment.

The community offers compassionate memory care designed to support both residents and their families throughout the dementia journey. Care is centered on honoring dignity and individual needs, with staff focused on enhancing each resident's quality of life. A full-time nurse is on staff to provide exceptional, personalized health services alongside the care team.

The smaller resident capacity allows care team members to know residents individually and customize memory care programs suited to their unique needs and stage of dementia diagnosis. Safety and compassionate care form the foundation of all services provided at Aveena Memory Care.
