We moved my lived one in today and the staff were amazing. Checking in on us periodically and offering assistance. I feel confident that she will be card for completely.

Beautiful facility with great care from experienced people. Owners have many years in the business and you can tell they truly care about each of their residents. This is their calling and they are wonderful people. They have a special needs MEDICAID contract and can accommodate residents many typical assisted living communities and AFHs cannot such as those with heavy care (2 person transfer, wounds, behaviors etc.).Staff are happy, facility is clean and feels very home like. Highly recommend if you want your loved one given personalized care. Take it from someone who has over a 12 years of experience in senior care... most Medicaid contracted communities are not this luxurious and have such good care.

Valley View Residential Care Facility provided exceptional care for my father during an incredibly important time in his life. He lived there for nearly five years, moving in right as COVID began, which was such a stressful and uncertain period for families. Lucy and her staff handled everything with compassion, professionalism, and genuine dedication.<br><br>My father was in the middle stages of dementia, and the team truly understood how to work with him in a patient and respectful way. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in a safe, caring environment where his needs were not only met, but understood.<br><br>Lucy’s communication was outstanding—she consistently kept me informed and was always available when I had questions or concerns. That level of transparency and care made all the difference.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and support they showed my father and our family. I would highly recommend Valley View to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate residential care facility.

I’ve been here only a couple of weeks, but I’m still impressed by the care and concern of the staff and especially Lucy the Nurse, who stopes by my room every day to check on me. Her husband Dan, the Administrator l, is also very kind and quick to act on any mechanical concern I have. I hope this will be my forever home!
