We really appreciate the care my husband received from this facility. My husband was in the rehab section and everybody treated him so kindly. We became an extended family and everybody was so kind. Some times night issues was harder but it would be expected anywhere you go. I will highly recommend this facility. Little Saluda did very well.

My mother has been there for the past several weeks. Unfortunately I live a ways away and was just able to get down there for the first time to visit her. She waits 45 to an hour at a time to just go to the bathroom after hitting call button. I stepped out in the hall and there were several nurses standing talking to each other or talking on the phone after 30 minutes of call button/light being pressed. She’s used the bathroom on herself multiple times this week alone from the lack of whatever is going on there.

The only reason I chose 1 is because there was nothing less. I would give them a rate of -100. My sister was a resident of this facility and they let her congestive heart failure get way out of hand and waited too long to send her to the hospital. By the time they sent her out she was incoherent and didn't make it. The place always smells like pee. I would not want my worst enemy there. I would call trying to reach her nurse and that was a nightmare. I would leave a message and they never called me back. That is just the beginning.

Autumn Care has been a pleasant experience for our family so far. Each time we enter the facility it smells clean. The staff has been very kind and answers any questions we have. They treat our resident family member with dignity and patience.

My father had neck surgery at Mission Hospital and needed to go a place that done physical therapy, so we chose Autumn Care of Saluda. Great facility and a great group of nurses, honestly they took good care of my father hands down this was a great experience. Words do not explain how blessed we were to have a great group of nurses and employees. Thank you
