This place is beyond amazing. I visited a friend who just moved into the community and she spent our entire visit telling me how great the staff was to her. How attentive and caring they were. She told me that anything she ever asked for they did everything in their power to get for her. They were timely and so compassionate. I met a few other family members of other residents in the communities and many told me how they had their loved ones in other facilities, but nothing was a well ran and had such compassionate staff. All of them couldn't brag about this place enough. Kudos to this community! I highly recommend.

One star is generous. We booked a Saturday tour for our elderly parents — a big family decision that brought both of our families together, including my sister and her husband who drove over an hour to be there. We received multiple confirmation messages in the days leading up to our visit. We were genuinely excited. This place is new, looks beautiful, and checked every box on paper. We arrived to a locked building and no one to greet us. We eventually found a way inside and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before a kitchen staff member happened to come by. We were then informed that tours aren't given on weekends. No one had bothered to tell us this — not in any of the multiple confirmations we received. After another 20 minutes, an activity director from the independent living section graciously came over to do her best. We want to be clear: she was kind and we appreciated her effort enormously. But she couldn't answer basic questions about pricing or availability because that is simply not her job. She was cleaning up a mess that management created. We are placing our trust — and our parents — in the hands of whoever runs this facility. If they cannot manage a confirmed weekend tour, what exactly are they managing when we're not watching? We left and went to our next stop, Terra Bella. The difference was immediate and striking. That is how a facility welcomes a family. That is how you earn trust. To add insult to injury, we received a follow-up call days later asking how our tour went. When we explained our frustration, we were told — without apology — "anyone on our staff can give a tour." Really? How do we get into a locked building? How do we get pricing? How do we make an informed decision about our parents' care with no one qualified present? The sign on the office door that reads "Sales Director" tells you everything you need to know about where their priorities actually lie. This is not about elder care. It is about sales — and they can't even get that right. Save yourself the trip. Skip this place.

Had to opportunity to tour this lovely campus. As a retired long-term care nurse I would not hesitate to place a loved one in this dwelling. Very impressed and warmly welcomed. Reasonably priced for services rendered.

Shelia Owens gave me a wonderful tour of their new independent living facility - WOW! All of the staff members I met were super friendly, the property was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend checking out Stonecroft for your senior living needs!
