There are many home care agencies however none ive experienced have the same care and compassion as Stephanie Sandee at Care-4-U. They listen to your needs, give their expert opinion on what best could help you and go above and beyond to make sure patient needs are met. Alot of these companies are a money racket and honestly care-4-u is a honest, affordable, small business in our area who truly want to allo patients to stay home as long as they are able to as they heal, age, or have a decline in health giving them their independence and dignity while allowing them to be cared for by compassionate and loving staff who become family. Care-4-u is one of the best place I ever work at. As an employee I love that they keep us with the same clients each week which they have a limit (2) per caregiver. Our clients are happy with having the same caregivers service them . They understand the value of Consistency and Appreciation. Our Agency takes our wellbeing into consideration and avoids us from feeling overwhelmed No burn outs and mental days are acceptable. Pay is very reasonable and never an issue on weekly pay days.

I was very pleased with recent service from your staff before, during, and after my surgery at Pardee UNC Healthcare, Hendersonville NC. A special thanks to Sandee Barnwell, Office Manager/Marketing Director, for promptly coming to my home in order to discuss a contract. My caregiver, Sharon, drove from Clyde, NC, on the coldest day of the year to date (Jan 21, 2025) and we arrived at Pardee early for my 5:30a.m. appointment! Talk about reliable!! Sharon and Sky, who relieved Sharon mid-afternoon, were both terrific companions and both addressed my needs!
