I toured many independent communities in North and South Carolina and not one of them had the large screened in patio available at Lake Point Landing. The ability to easily air your entire apartment and sit out in the early mornings or evenings to lovely private views sold it for me!

I am sure that Lake Pointe Landing is the best retirement community in the area. Staff and residents are cheerful and friendly, the food is good, and I feel like I live in an elegant home.

I have been a resident for over 7 years. All my needs have been met by the caring staff. 24 hour security is tight. 24 hour nursing staff available. The food is excellent with many choices. We have many church services, activities and movies. I can walk distances outside and interior halls. I will continue to live in the independent apartments and then, if necessary I’m the Bridge. Is it wrong to say you envy your parents living at Lake Pointe Landing? Delicious meals delivered to their door (during covid), wine and cheese offerings, snacks, movies, exercise classes, a well stocked library and cleaning services? My parents chose Lake Pointe Landing after looking at many other communities and I'm thrilled they did. The staff is caring, supportive and great at communicating. The property is beautiful. My parents are happy living there so I'm a happy daughter!
