The bridge has been a nightmare for our mother and our family. They mis-managed her meds within the first 5 weeks resulting in a preventable hospitalization, after that they were on a mission to get my mother out of there.

We love The Bridge! My mom has been here a short time (as we moved her from an assisted living facility in IN that was horrible)…the Bridge is absolutely wonderful for my mom! They have worked with her to become more independent (mentally and physically). They changed her meds and she is now wanting to help herself (excellent doctor!). We know they are checking on her multiple times a day (staff always seems happy and helpful), getting her to activities, making sure she goes to meals, etc. We couldn’t be happier with her progress at the Bridge!

My Mom has been here for 4 years. It was pretty tough going( like all places) during Covid. But they kept their folks safe and had minimal folks getting the virus compared with others in the area. Most staff that we come in contact with really take interest and care for my Mom. As she has declined they have been able to help her more. We have reached the point where we are having some paid caregivers coming in to help her as she is really not at ALF level anymore. We know the day will come when we need to move her to a skilled facility to maintain her safety. That will be a very sad day, taking her away from her home here and all the folks who work here.
