My dad has gotten wonderful care at the Bridge. The staff are kind and caring even when stretched thin due to staffing. Food is good for dinner but could use some variety and easier to eat items for lunch.

The bridge has been a nightmare for our mother and our family. They mis-managed her meds within the first 5 weeks resulting in a preventable hospitalization, after that they were on a mission to get my mother out of there.

We love The Bridge! My mom has been here a short time (as we moved her from an assisted living facility in IN that was horrible)…the Bridge is absolutely wonderful for my mom! They have worked with her to become more independent (mentally and physically). They changed her meds and she is now wanting to help herself (excellent doctor!). We know they are checking on her multiple times a day (staff always seems happy and helpful), getting her to activities, making sure she goes to meals, etc. We couldn’t be happier with her progress at the Bridge!
