We had a close family member stay at The Laurels of Hendersonville and I truly can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care. The staff went above and beyond, not just in providing excellent medical attention, but also in creating a compassionate, respectful environment where my loved one felt safe and supported. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming and comfortable - not sterile or impersonal like some other places we considered. Communication with the staff was consistent and reassuring, and they were always available to answer questions or provide updates when we needed them. It's never easy entrusting someone you love to the care of others, but I can honestly say I felt peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Laurels of Hendersonville to anyone looking for attentive, dignified care for a family member.

The staff at The Laurels in Hendersonville took great care of my mother. She never waited long for help to come and was always treated with kindness. The nurses and CNAs work well as a team to care for patients and all would willingly perform a menial task. The building was kept very clean. I was as always treated with kindness as well.

My dog Dudley and I are a therapy team that visits The Laurels of Hendersonville. The facility is so well kept and the employees always have smiles on their faces and go out of their way to make us feel welcome! It is a true pleasure to visit Having visited many facilities over the years, this is truly one of the nicest and most professional we’ve been to. Kudos to a great team!!

My loved one had to visit The Laurels of Hendersonville twice in the past three months; once for hip surgery and then for a staff infection. Both times have been smooth and without major issues. They take excellent care of their patients. They have a loving and compassionate environment and really get to know the patient and their families. They listen to their wants and needs and make sure that what they do is in the best interest of the patient at all times. Their staff is to be commended for their work ethic, the cleanliness of the facility and their culture. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because we had a few small bumps in the road with paperwork in the beginning of my loved ones second trip. These were discussed with the management and all matters cleared up immediately. Bob, Tricia, Mary Beth, Melanie, Renay and all of the staff at The Laurel’s are top notch. If you need a place for a loved one whether it’s short term or long term care, I highly recommend!!!
