My husband fell down a flight of stairs and can no longer care for himself so we I had to choose a memory care facility. He never complains about being there, which I am grateful for. Dada, Sholanda, Katie, Billie are just a few who provide personal tender care for him. They are so kind that gives me peace of mind as I still work full time and cannot be there as often as I would like. Administration addresses any concerns timely. The backyard is lovely.

Dedreana (day-day) Mclendon works dockside house most mornings. She works very well with all employees and most importantly the residents. Dedreana shows great love, patience, and is always going above and beyond for everyone even on hard days she’s keeping her area (Dockside) a place you can call home and feel comfortable . She always running around and helpful when u need her 🥰

After speaking to Ben, and meeting the staff, making the decision to place my mom here felt like a no brainer. She couldn't be happier and we've now gained a new family here at Arden Courts.

We recently toured Arden Courts Sarasota for my parent and couldn’t be more impressed. The community is warm, clean, and thoughtfully designed for memory care residents — with beautiful spaces, engaging activities, and a genuinely caring staff that made us feel at peace.<br>What stood out most was Ben Kaufman. From our very first call, Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to answer all our questions, walked us through the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful decision feel supported and hopeful. His professionalism and personal touch really made the difference for our family.
