I contracted with Home Helpers Home Care during my recuperation from ankle surgery. Initially I used the home aids for 7 days a week for four and a half hours a day. After I regained some mobility, I reduced their services to 3 days a week. I had an excellent experience with Home Helpers. Erika Noguira, the owner of Home Helpers, personally visited me prior to my use of her health aids. She was very attentive to my requirements. She documented them in her notes. Those requirements included help with medical needs, preparing breakfast and lunch, doing laundry, cleaning, vacuuming, washing floors and cleaning and sanitizing the bathrooms and kitchen. The home health aids were exceptional. They came on time and did not leave until their time was up. They did their chores efficiently without prompting. They also frequently asked if there was anything else I required. If you need home health aids in the Sarasota area, this company should be on your list.

Home Helpers Home Care has been caring for my dad for over a year and a half, and they are amazing. The caregivers are not only trustworthy and reliable, but they genuinely engage with him - helping with daily tasks, preparing snacks, ensuring he takes his meds and bringing warmth and companionship. My dad went from barely getting out of bed to being dressed, active and looking forward to their visits. The owner, Erika, is incredibly responsive and compassionate, I've never had an issue getting in touch with her for any reason.What means the most to me is that they truly and genuinely care about my dad. I can't recommend them enough!!

If you are in need of competent, professional, conscientious caregivers, you have come to the right place. The owner, Erika, will meet with you to assess the level of care in order to best match the caregiver with the client. Home Helpers has sent the best to work with my husband over the last year as he has transitioned from being mobile to bedridden. Jackie has been with us since the beginning and as our needs increased, we now have Felicite. Both have been just wonderful, patient helpers. Erika will try to keep you with one or two caregivers in order to provide consistency and understanding of the clients needs. We share laughter and tears and and I no longer call them employees but FAMILY! WE ARE TRULY BLESSED!
