I actually would rate it 4.5.stars. The Clare Bridge Program for dementia care is a significant reason to consider Brookdale Midtown. My mom has been there almost 5 years. It has a homey atmosphere, very caring staff and many activities geared toward enriching residents’ lives. Families are always encouraged to participate.
