My life partner was at Brookdale Pointe West for three months. The executive director, Whitney Patel, and the nursing director, Amanda Grupp provided outstanding leadership. They took an active daily interest in my friend's care. The entire staff was caring and attentive. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The food was very good; creatively planned and well-prepared. Brookdale Point West is under the guidance of committed professionals who manage an excellent group of dedicated employees.

This building is always nice and clean! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I’ve never had any issues. They are Awesome !!

The administrative staff is wonderful and very caring.<br><br>The nurses and caregivers are great. They just need more help as does every facility that we have ever investigated. They do a super job given the amount of work they are asked to accomplish.<br><br>The surroundings are lovely and very relaxing.
