I’ve been here since October. My Landlord Tom is amazing. He’s very attentive if anything is messed up. When I had a quick issue with my air conditioner he came over right away. And my friend lived here before me for quite a few years so I have only good things to say about the place and management. I am so Happy I decided to move in here.

Terrible management will find a way to keep your deposit. Count on it. They clear the comments from Google every several months due to One Star complaints. Avoid this place like a plague.

Clean apartments. Plenty of parking to visit. Nice owner/manager. When visiting, the tenants on the bottom floor "smoke up" way too much, can smell it before walking in, and once in, you can smell it as if it was done in the hallway. Kind of sad and ridiculous. Can be smelled everytime, never fails.
