Overall would recommend it. We were worried at first because the reviews didn't seem great, but overall care was good. Main negatives was the constant changing of staff and the facility is older. Positives: Food was really good We really liked the therapy team Special call outs to Rusell, Stacie, Pam, and Caitlyn for providing great care. They cared so much one even called on their day off to see if my mom passed her swallow test and another brought her snack treats. ❤️

The rehabilitation facility provided terrible care for my mom. She went an entire month without a shower or clean bed sheets. Staff rarely responded when help was needed, and whenever we asked questions or requested assistance, they seemed annoyed and dismissive. It was heartbreaking to watch her basic needs be ignored, and communication from the staff was extremely poor. No family should have to experience this level of neglect. She could advocate for herself can’t imagine the ones not able to! Think like if this was your mom so sad

Most of them are very good and attentive.....! There are others who are not doing their job. Today I found my mother's bed made, but it smelled of dried urine (the sheets were dirty with dried urine from the night before). Some young women, even though it wasn't their job, helped me change the sheets and were very kind.

This place is the worse place ever. I wouldn’t send my dead dog there . They don’t take care of your family members. The nursing staff sucks, the doctor sucks. I come from a medical background and I would never never want anyone to experience what my family and I have . Please avoid this place if you love your loved one .. Everyone will get their Karma in due time .. I hated to even give one star this place needs to be shut down..

I was made to feel at home here. Except when I first entered and was told not to get up, nothing to drink and a diaper put on me when I wasn't incontinent. She wouldn't even tell me her name, however everyone I encountered were wonderful and caring. Especially a tech named Monica. She is the best employee they have, kind. Caring, going above and beyond. She's the best. I'd highly recommend this rehab. .
