I transferred my 92 year old mother to Brookdale Palma Sola in April from another facility, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the very beginning, the entire transition was seamless thanks to the incredible management team. Michelle, the Executive Director, Karen, the Health & Wellness Director, and Megan in Business Operations were all so helpful, compassionate, and organized. Everything went exactly as they explained, and the monthly cost they quoted is what I’m paying, no surprises. Sharon at the front desk is always cheerful and ready to help if needed. The nursing staff is truly exceptional. They are kind, attentive, and always keep me informed with updates about my mom, which gives me so much peace of mind. (Thank you, Dawn, Pat, Barb, CeeCee & all)<br>Rusty, the Activities Director, is amazing! He plans fun and engaging activities every day, he makes sure my mom is enjoying the activities she loves. He has such a positive attitude and the residents are always having a good time.<br>The dining experience is another highlight. The staff is so helpful and remember my mom's favorites! It’s like eating at a restaurant three times a day, with a variety of delicious options, and my mom can order whatever she’d like.<br>The community is clean, (Thank you, Lauretha!) welcoming, and filled with caring people who genuinely love what they do. I highly recommend Brookdale Palma Sola to anyone looking for a safe, compassionate, and enjoyable place for their loved one.

Beware. They’ll bait and switch you on pricing. My father wasn’t there for more than 2 months when they increased his room and board rate by $400/mo.<br>Communication is terrible, running a senior facility and letting non payment go on for months without a word to the actual resident or family that balance owed is accruing so you end up receiving a 15k bill.<br>So unbelievably upset with this facility right now. $400 a month = $4,800 a year difference. It’s not a small amount, so just expect that the price you’re signing on for is totally made up and just to get you to sign and pay their non refundable community fee, then once you’re settled in they’ll come in with a rate increase
