I attended A Night to Remember was truly an unforgettable event. It was beautifully organized, thoughtfully planned, and filled with warmth, joy, and meaningful moments. The staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere where residents, families, and guests could come together to celebrate and make lasting memories. It was heartwarming to see the residents smiling, engaged, and enjoying themselves. Every detail reflected the dedication and compassion of the team, making everyone feel valued and included. Events like this remind us how important community, connection, and quality care are. Thank you to everyone who helped make A Night to Remember such a special and memorable experience. Your hard work and commitment did not go unnoticed, and it is deeply appreciated.

I have had the opportunity to observe the care provided at this facility, and I am truly impressed. The staff consistently demonstrates compassion, patience, and professionalism while caring for residents with dignity and respect. The team works hard to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for both residents and their families. It is evident that they genuinely care about each individual’s well-being and strive to provide quality care every day. I appreciate the dedication of the caregivers, nurses, and support staff who go above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve. Fortunately for Arden Court of South Holland, I can't assign a negative rating. This place is the absolute worst for memory care services. The patients are not able to successfully "age-in-place," because there is the constant threat of falling, bed sores, blood clots, and outright negligence. Under their care, a resident was allowed to fall twice and is now unable to walk. The financial offices and administration are considerably worse, as there is a lack of accountability. My mother's care plan was not adhered to, and she was constantly overbilled with no clear explanation as to why. They fumbled the payments and deposits while trying to blame us. We transferred her to another facility while she was still being billed by Arden Court. Safety was another issue with this particular location. There were male patients allowed to wander into the female section, and there was even an incident of one male exposing himself most inappropriately. To add insult to injury, they're currently in the process of taking legal action against my mother, who was improperly cared for and erroneously billed. I would advise against placing your loved one here. If your experience is pleasant now, just wait. All of that will change, and they'll make it your fault. Please constantly check on your loved ones while they're here, and hold Arden Court accountable for protection, safety, and proper billing.

We took my baby sister to Arden Courts (South Holland) because of some very definite changes in her life, world and affairs. She’d been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s by her doctor and I was told that she needed care that would keep her safe, healthier and protected, cared for by medical professionals. A friend of mine had suggested Arden Courts because of a good friend of hers had been cared for by them, until her transition. We went and were pleased all around and she has been there, with no complaints from any family member that has been there to visit! We are very satisfied with the care they give her and the time spent with her, keeping her active, busy and healthier than she was becoming. Thank you!
