This place is a joke and so is the care they provide I feel sorry for those residents, they are just being neglected and taking advantage of that place is just a prison for the elderly . No one cares hence they say they do. Look up IDPH on this nursing home the reviews they put is sad. Just don’t take your family here. You won’t get good care and your family deserves better .

Check in with computer was interesting. Keypad was so small my name and residents name were incorrectly spelled. The name tag printed and shot out onto the floor. Curious why exit code has been changed! Is ARC afraid visitors are stealing furniture or other things? Nurse was very kind when giving me the new code. The lobby code is the same.
