I went to visit a friend of mine there yesterday and as we were sitting there at the table he was preparing to eat lunch and the server was absolutely wonderful and I had several people asking me if I wanted anything to eat. I thought that was really nice.<br>Everyone seemed extremely pleasant and I would recommend this place.<br>It is a nice place with friendly staff

I would not recommend this facility. There seems to be constant staff turnover, which makes it difficult for residents to receive consistent care. Management appears disorganized and unresponsive to concerns. In my experience, staff were not always kind or attentive to residents, which is very concerning.<br><br>The food quality is poor, and there are very limited activities or engagement opportunities for residents. Overall, the environment feels lacking in compassion and proper oversight.<br><br>If you’re considering this place for a loved one, especially an elderly family member like a great aunt, I would strongly suggest doing thorough research and asking detailed questions before making a decision.
