If I could give them a 0 start I will. One of THE WORST Agencies to work for. Very very unorganized, unprofessional, always a staff turn around and NO ONE ever seems to do their job the right way. I have NOTHING Positive to say about this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THEM!

This agency has been most responsive and supportive. I currently have the best aide ever. She is punctual, organized, thorough, kind, persistent, and a hard worker that goes above and beyond. On 2 occasions when trying out new substitute aides that had difficulty using my hoyer lift resulting in impropoper placement into my wheelchair. Upon notifying my coordinator she sent another aide mid day to help. Agency was u derstanding and supportive with no hassle. Anytime I try out a new aide, they call to get my feedback which is so important for success. Very happy overall.

absolutely HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL! We have had them for a little over a week and EVERY day there has been no aid to show up. they don’t really even have the staff to cover the shifts. They make up people and say they have the schedule covered for your family member when really they don’t! The people they have employed hate their jobs and don’t deserve to even be working with elderly. They are lazy, irresponsible, unreliable individuals! RUN!!!!!!!!! Do not trust this agency with your loved one! you will end up doing all shifts anyway

The aid showed up the first day and has not been back since!!! Phone call asking why the aid stopped coming was not returned. Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFEELING, UNCARING, UNCOMPASSIONATE. This is the agency I chose for my friend Cheryl! If this isn't the worst home care agency in the world I hate to think which is. Probably a Health Insurance ripoff or I don't know what.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is terrible. No call no show aides. The company will call and ask if the aide ever showed up. Schedule appointments and no aide, no call, no follow up. My mom is elderly and frail, you would think working with a vulnerable population you would understand how nervous they get when there is no communication. My mom has had two different aides and both have refused to do any personal care. I have left a handful of messages and have never received a call back. Just a terrible experience.
