The contact form on our website doesn't work. I emailed the administrator and got no reply. Left a phone message and they never returned my calls. Called back a week later to schedule a tour. When I arrived on the agreed-upon date and time, the only person available was the housekeeping supervisor who knew nothing about admissions. The website shows a sample room with a single bed however when I visited they told me they had no single beds in the facility at all. All rooms are shared occupancy. When I called to schedule a tour I told the woman I was looking for a skilled nursing facility for myself. Her initial response was, "Who told you you needed skilled nursing?" I found that to be very condescending. I make my decisions for myself and no one TELLS me to go to an SNF. This was probably the most difficult decision I made in my life and I don't want to be treated like an incompetent who has to be told about my own needs. Otherwise, it looked like a nice place. I have no evidence suggesting the patients are not treated well. But the administration sure lacks something.

As of right now, I'm having a hard time accepting this place as care for my mother due to several things that I have witnessed . First Impressions did not go over well. I ran into a nurse who was ending her shift, and she was not even the least bit interested in answering a few simple questions for me before she left. My mother was removed to another room because apparently there was an issue with her roommate had with her, which I found it strange since she was diagnosed as like a nonverbal going in there. Her room lights really everything her light was not working on her side of the room her bed was not your standard bed she had no personal TV even though there was a wall mount for one and the room divided up was about 1/3 hers and the rest was her roommates. I told these people I was going to see them everyday I don't think they believe me but I will get to the bottom of this and see what kind of a care she actually has received so just consider this review to be continued. If I read too much into it and it turns out to be a lovely place, I make sure to let that be known. UPDATE: Turns out that this place was not only competent but did as well of a job as several other homes i have gotten familiar with and were highly rated. For that reason, I'm gonna bump it up to 4☆, they deserve it.
