La comunicacion es buena pero quieren hacer evaluciones a los empleados sin consultar a el consumidor luego le envian mensajes a la empleada diciendo que es compulsorio y si no toman medidas disciplinarias. Eso en cualquier lugar se llama acoso Laboral aprendan de leyes.

I am very satisfied with the great care I receive and prompt service from Advance home care. I've been with them for years and having moved the transition was made easy and comfortable. I Love my nurse , she is a Blessing.

Only had one aid from here for companion services. She didn’t speak English very well and companion services is that you have to interact with the person you are being a companion too. Everybody normally speaks English. The aid would not show up at times stating she contacted the company but the company would not let the member know. Not a professional atmosphere. and there’s no excuse.<br>Some of the case managers are very nice: Julia, Maria and Olivia. Saranda not so much very cold and not very pleasant to deal with. And because of her attitude we no longer use this company we asked for a different case manager and ended up not having services because of her rude combative attitude.
