Please be careful when hiring this company. I am a caregiver to both my mother and father for the past 2 and a half years. My mother needs help 24 hours, especially to get to her commode. I decided to trust this company to help me with care for my parents so I could have a break and go on a trip. The first woman that the company sent called me repeatedly demanding I bring diapers for my mother because she didn’t feel like walking her to the commode due to her back, I did not bring them so she went to an upstairs bedroom away from my mom and left my dad who had just come home from the hospital with lung and bone cancer to help my mother. My mother did fall at one point and when my father mentioned calling 911 the woman started crying and told my parents she didn’t have a visa. I let Amanda know what the issues with her were, who is who I was dealing with when calling Zenith. Amanda sent out someone else. Before I left for my trip I got thc drops for my father for his pain, when I came home he asked for a bottle that was left in a drawer in the upstairs bedroom, where neither of my parents can get to and the bottles were missing. 6 bottles that cost $35 each. I called and let Amanda know. A few days later she called to let me know that she believes it was the second woman because one of her other aides said she has stolen from other homes before. I asked if any of the money we paid could be refunded, I regret paying it to begin with but my first day home my father went on hospice and I was too overwhelmed to be thinking clearly. I was told services were rendered and that was that. $250 a day sounded great for a company I thought I could trust but I guess you get what you pay for.
