This is a wonderful rehab. The staff was always there to help. The food was good . They were always caring . I was transferred to this rehab from another because of the horrible care at the other rehab., so I have something to compare it too. The rehab was excellent. The aids were attentive especially Maddie. Kudos Maddie. Nurses were always there when I needed them

My wife recently spent an extended period at the facility recovering and regaining her strength. Throughout her stay, the staff was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and accommodating, always making sure her needs were met. The therapy team was outstanding, encouraging her every step of the way and helping her stay focused on her recovery goals. I am especially grateful to Diana in Hospitality, who truly went above and beyond. From helping my wife with meal selections to coordinating with other departments and ensuring our concerns were addressed promptly, she made the entire experience much easier to navigate. Her kindness, communication, and dedication made a meaningful difference for both of us. Thank you to everyone for the exceptional care, compassion, and support you provided during my wife’s recovery.

My mom is currently there a d not receiving the care she was promised. She tried to tell them she wants to do her physical therapy and get things going so she can go home and nothing. Nothing, nothing, nothing. I was there yesterday to pick up her medication that they don't allow which is a narcotic and they couldn't even find them and low and behold after I left they did. The food there os heroindous and not good. Just looking at the pictures you would think this is a better upscale place but it's really not this place really sucks. Try to send your loved ones somewhere else and somewhere better that's all I have to say about this disgusting place

Our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my mother-in-law received during her respite stay at Autumn Lake Healthcare. From the very beginning, the team made her feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Diana Sanchez, Director of Hospitality, for her exceptional attention and compassion. Diana went above and beyond to ensure my mother-in-law’s individual needs were met. She took the time to listen, understand her preferences, and make thoughtful accommodations that truly made a difference in her comfort and overall experience. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication did not go unnoticed. I especially loved the care basket Ms. Sanchez had prepared for her. The entire subacute unit staff was attentive, respectful, and responsive. Communication with our family was clear and reassuring, which gave us tremendous peace of mind during her stay. We deeply appreciate the kindness, dignity, and high-quality care shown to our loved one. I would highly recommend Autumn Lake Healthcare to any family seeking compassionate and attentive care for their loved one.
