I brought my aunt to Spring Oak in December 2024. I can't say enough wonderful things about the care that she received there. The entire staff in the Memory Care unit is phenomenal. You can tell that they really care for each resident. The recent renovations are absolutely beautiful and really make the place inviting. I would definitely recommend Spring Oak to anyone that is in need of assisted living for their loved one.

We are looking for a place for my father. My husband and myself stood in the entrance for 10 minutes. He pushed the button twice. The receptionist was only a few feet away on the other side of the glass. Never once looked up or acknowledge us. Plain rude and ignorant. If you don't have social skills, please don't pick a job working with people. We have decided to go with Bishop, what a warm welcoming center they are!

A very caring,loving place for my mom!! I never have to worry if she’s safe and she’s always happy and busy with lots of fun activities and special events. Can’t say enough good things about spring oak and their staff! The staff is always available to talk to and help in any way! So thankful for this place and all the staff!!

Spring oaks is my mother answer to promote her independence and social freedom. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and dependable.they make the holidays festive for each resident as well as. Crafts, activities even day trips. A real home for mom

My Mother has been living in the memory care unit for 6 months now and it has made our family so much more relieved knowing that Mom is so well taken care of. The staff that care for her are amazing. We would like to acknowledge just a few of them, they are Ebony, Naomi and Tina just to name a few. All of the staff in that unit are so compassionate with everyone there. Naomi and Ebony go out of their way to get my Mom to do things even though she doesn’t want to participate. We are very happy with Spring Oaks.
