In my search for a facility for my uncle, Spring Oak of Berlin was recommended. Wow, best kept secret in Berlin! I found the Facility to be beautiful inside and out. Everyone on staff we passed during our tour welcomed us like long lost best friends! Ten Stars!!!! Definitely at the top for our choice!!

Spring Oak Assisted Living Community has been an outstanding place for my sister. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcome and treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and truly care about the residents’ well-being. The facility is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere.It’s clear that the team works hard to create a safe and engaging environment, with activities that keep residents active and connected. Communication with families has been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know our sister is in such capable hands. Spring Oak is truly an amazing place. The facility is beautiful inside and out. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is friendly. The front desk is very accessible and accommodating. The fish tank is an added bonus. The visitation process is seamless and pleasant. You can tell that the staff not only has great relationships with one another, but great relationships with those who live in the facility. Where we have our family members live is so very important and Spring Oak gives you the piece of mind to know that your family is being taken care of.
