I was shopping around to reinstate my CHHA license knowing I needed to retake the class. After speaking to Tessa, I signed up for the on line class. Tessa is very professional, knowledgeable and doesn’t use a sales pitch. Just by having one conversation with Tessa I knew Right at Home was the class for me. Tessa treats people with respect , even after completing the course she goes above and beyond to assist with the licensing process. Tessa deserves more than a 5 star review!

We hired right at home to care for my mother.Who lost her husband 8 months ago.He did everything for her.My mom basically needs a companion in the house.And is in beginning stages of Alzheimer’s.She completely takes care of all her personal needs.As far as showering and doing her own laundry.She does get confused and repeats herself a lot.We interviewed Harriet at first she seemed great.From the first night Harriet complained about my mom.And told me and my sister no one can care for her.So I asked her do you want to work here .She said yes.She requested we put her on medication . And we did .But Harriet could not remember to give meds she requested. She cooked for herself but fed my mother frozen meals.Took her on her errands and left my mom alone in car.With no heat and she could have got scared and left. The final straw was when she became verbally abusave and loud with my mother.This was done in front of my cleaning people.The whole experience with Harriet was horrible.And my mother was afraid of her.Mom only needed a companion.And all Harriet wanted to do is argue with her. She is not professional.And Rigjt at Home never came by once to see how things were going. I feel like this was a complete waste of money.And we were lucky nothing bad happened to my mom.

My daughter and I were fortunate to find and work with Liz at Right at Home. She was able to advise us and set up care for our family member during a time of extreme need and confusion. Harriet and Lakia were always there, always on time, caring and helpful. Liz was always available and responded to our every question and need. A difficult situation became much easier to deal with once we called Right at Home.

Right at Home recently helped my mom and me in our time of need, and the experience was such a positive one! From the moment I connected with Liz, the Intake Coordinator, I knew I was in kind, compassionate, and skilled hands. Right at Home provides flexible shift schedules to serve their clients, allowing Mom to receive care in the evenings during the time she needed it most. And what a good team Liz, Nurse Pauline, and our CHHA Jada were! Jada not only provided Mom with thorough, responsive care, she set out to make my Mom's day, sharing snacks, puzzles, and her lovely, empathetic personality. We were both touched by Jada's level of engagement and by the experience of interacting with this remarkable young woman. Thanks, Right at Home, for taking care of your clients in multiple ways.

Right at Home has been the best choice for my mother. The office staff and Liz have been so understanding and helpful along with open communication. Tonette, "Toni", my mom's caregiver has been wonderful! She is so kind, patient, and compassionate with my mother. She makes sure that my mother is getting the best care. Also, my mother looks forward to her coming and that is a huge plus. It takes a special person to take care of another person, and Toni is a special. :) Thank you!
