Our dearest friend is receiving excellent care at your facility. It is beautiful. Your staff is wonderful. Your location is so close to our home. Thank you for all you do!

My father was a rehabilitation patient here for a few months following an amputation. There were a few staff members that really stood out. Tameka at the nurses station was very helpful and did a great job in facilitating/communicating with us in regards to medical appointments. Louis was a great aide, who always seems to have a good attitude and goes above and beyond. Dr. Mohageb was very thorough and took time to help me while advocating for my father's care. Overall, I was disappointed in a majority of the nurses and how they didn't seem to act in a prudent manner for administering pain meds/other basic needs. The food definitely is lacking. The physical therapy portion seemed fine, but nothing that stands out much. Besides the aforementioned staff that made the stay better, I wouldn't really recommend this facility to a loved one going through rehab.

Staff is very kind, Your receptionist Jewel is extra sweet , chef is very pleasant, short time stay, but very comfortable. Coffee hour with Brooke is special, the events were fun, the Easter egg hunt and Chocolate Covered Raisins Day Contest. and the lounge is nice to meet and chat with other residents The whole place is very clean and the PT is well run and the Gym is nice! My man got good care and supervision, Drs. and nurses promptly tended to his concerns and monitored his recovery. They checked for pneumonia when his coughing was bad and tested for clots when his leg swelled. I am grateful for the care he received.

Please do not read these positive reviews and be fooled. The care at this facility has been horrendous. The very first night we brought our father here the staff was making insensitive comments in front of our family regarding how difficult caring for our father was. His nurse was in the lounge eating for well over 2hrs with her feet up. She never came to his room, not one time in over 5 hours. The staff does not check in with patients, even if you ask for something or use your call button-which they advise you to use-it takes close to 2hrs to get anything(meds/supplies)I have spoken to other families with these same exact stories. Your loved ones will be ignored but they will tell you to your face they are giving good care. We have spoken to all who supervise at this facility and have we have gotten the same response-THATS UNACCEPTABLE! but nothing changes! I cannot stress enough that even if family is present the care is awful, imagine what happens when you Leave!!

I would give 41/2 stars. My husband was in the rehab for about a month. My daughter & I did "a pop in". We were received like we had an appointment. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the grande tour. We were greeted by the Administrator who was very informative. We were so very impressed. Rehab is immaculate. Shout out to everyone. Sorry I can't remember your names. The receptionist was the highlite. Every Friday, she would waive a green shaker and yell "happy Friday" It made us smile. The only reason I couln't give 5 stars, was b/c food service kept giving Don someone elses tray. The Dr. was spot on medically. The staff pleasant & caring. I could go on & on but you get the picture.
