Went there once and saw cook not wearing a hairnet. Please have them wear hairnets so residents can actually eat without having to worry about hair in their food

Visiting my Mom today, Sunday, I was a little disheartened by seeing the staff a lot of times on their phones. This is not the first time I have noticed on my visits.<br>At noon meal, a staff person was on her phone at one of the tables. Food was served but no water or coffee poured, they had to ask.<br><br>After taking my Mom for a walk and back to her room, a staff person was sitting in a lounge chair with her shoes off, feet on the chair and on her phone. It just seems very unprofessional. I hope at the next employee meeting there is discussion about phone use etc.
