Our family had a wonderful experience with Grand Meadows Nursing Facility during one of the most difficult times of our lives. My dad stayed in the Butler Wing for skilled care after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of rectal cancer before he was transitioned to hospice care. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by the staff made an incredible difference for both him and our family. The nurses and CNAs went above and beyond to attend to his needs while treating him with kindness, dignity, and respect. Ashley, Sharon, Sherri, Krysten, McKinley, Brandy, and so many others whose names I may be forgetting provided exceptional care and made us both feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their compassion during such a challenging time will never be forgotten. The facility itself is beautiful—extremely clean, warm, welcoming, and well-maintained. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the caring atmosphere that the staff has created for residents and their families. While this was not a journey we ever wanted to take, we are incredibly grateful that my dad spent this time at Grand Meadows. The care he received and the kindness shown to our family brought comfort and peace during a heartbreaking chapter in our lives. Thank you to everyone at Grand Meadows for the outstanding care and compassion you showed my dad and our family.
