My mother fell in, broke her hip pelvis, and top of her foot. We needed to transition her tour rehab facility and really wanted to use GlenField. The social worker at the hospital call on Thursday and never received a return call. She called several times on Friday and Barb, said she would call back on Monday knowing this was the date that they were transferring my mom. I called several times and was told that they would have her.Call me right away.It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard from her. The social worker at the hospital has not heard from her as well. Very disappointing, as this is where we wanted to put my mom and they do have open private rooms available. This is very disappointing and I will be addressing with the hospital administrator.

My mother was at GRH Long Term Care in 2017 and more recently, my father was at GlenFields for just over 3 years. We could not have hoped for any better care than our parents received here. We were fortunate there was room for them when needed
