Harmony River took wonderful care of both my mom and my dad. The staff treated them with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion, and that meant so much to our family. It’s never easy trusting others with the care of the people you love most, but the team at Harmony River always made us feel that they truly cared about their comfort and well-being. They were respectful, attentive, and supportive not only to my parents but to our entire family during difficult times. We will always be grateful for the care, dignity, and kindness they showed both of them. Thank you to everyone at Harmony River for everything you did for our family. It will never be forgotten. ❤️

Harmony River is the best decision we have made for our mother and her care. The staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive for both my mom and our family during this transition period. They have done an exceptional job at communicating with updates. The staff is always smiling and up beat, it is evident they have a passion for what they do. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I love the coffee shop as you enter the building, how inviting. I am so glad that there are so many services available right on site so we don't have to worry about picking up our loved ones for hair appointments, church and even Doctor appointments. This is extremely helpful being we live out of town. I would like to give an extra shout out to Pam & Sara for taking the time to listen and provide their expertise during this very challenging time. Keep up the good work! You are very appreciated. Sheila Thompson and Family

This transitional care part of this facility is not equipped to deal with elderly patients. They do not have adequate technology for their patients to hear from. They require land lines phones and nurses to dial out for them every time they need to make a call. They do not offer video chats or a platform for the people who love them to connect. The nursing staff does not answer questions and quickly tries to quiet patients without communicating with their loved ones. There is no team approach. This facility is not suited for patients who need transitional care for a short term and also have underlying dementia. They are not equipped to deal with this type of care and do not take the time to talk to loved ones. Everyone is a number and the staff have forgotten what it is like to be a person with dignity.
