The staff does not listen to the residents. When the residents call for assistance the staff will come in, shut the call button off, leave and come back 15-20 min. later, after my mom has already soiled herself! My mom has been left on the toilet for over an hour and no one was reprimanded. She's has sores on her backside because the aids don't always wipe when she's finished. Alot of times there is only ONE aid on a shift! How can ONE person provide care for the all residents?? Her vitals should be checked everyday but are done about once a month. Alot of the aids will complain about the odor in the bathroom right in front of the resident, which should not be done! There is alot more but I would definitely recommend you send your loved ones elsewhere!

Very pleasant staff, nice facility that provides care for those with memory, health issues. Well maintained property with adequate living space.
