Woodside Hall was my grandma’s home for six years, and she truly thrived there. She was happy, comfortable, and deeply loved. What meant the most to our family was seeing her form real, meaningful friendships—not only with other residents, but with the staff as well. She was known by name, by personality, and by heart.<br><br>Woodside Hall has a rare, family-like atmosphere you feel the moment you walk in. As a family-owned adult home, there is a warmth, consistency, and genuine care that goes far beyond basic services. My grandma was encouraged to remain as independent as possible while always feeling supported and safe. The environment felt calm, welcoming, and truly like a home—not a facility.<br><br>Knowing she spent her later years feeling secure, valued, and part of a caring community brings our family deep gratitude.

My mother lived at Woodside Hall till she was 104. She loved it there and called it home. During her years at Woodside, she was treated with such kindness, love and compassion. When we visited, we were made to feel welcome and enjoyed both the staff and residents. The food was always delicious. My mother loved games, especially Bingo and Trivial Pursuit (which was geared for her generation), and there were so many cool prizes to choose from. My mother's collection of small teddy bears...only the ones with jointed arms and legs, please!...grew to be quite a display in her room. My mother was happy at Woodside Hall and it was such a good feeling to know that she was safe, well cared for, respected and having fun.
