Got charged $500 dollars for bloodwork in 2024. Already, ridiculous. Then, 18 FULL MONTHS LATER, I got the exact same bill again. It took me 2 months, 9 phone calls, and probably 4-5 total hours to get this resolved. I got attitude from the billing department the whole time, saying it was a legit bill, that there wasn't anything they could do, that a supervisor would call me back (They didn't, depsite being told that on 3 occasions) Took threatening legal action with a note in hand from my insurance company that it was a fraudulant bill for it to be resolved. Despicable.

I had seizure. My first, wooo! They completely ignored anything myself or my loved ones had to say. Looked at everything but my brain. Even had me meet with a shrink that was annoyed they wasted his time, "Why am I even here? This is pointless, you don't need me." They transferred me to Cooperstown after one day because insurance blah blah, where they continued to ignore the fact that I WAS THERE FOR A SEIZURE! Now most of this I don't remember. Hey guys, is it my heart that kept me from being able to create new memories over those two days? Was it my heart that wiped out 6 months of memories? Oh no, that's right, I've spent time in the psych ward, it must be me faking, right? It's been a problem for years. And years. My father went to the ER, they sent him home with a chest cold without looking at his history, or listening to him. He died that night of congestive heart failure. Do not come here unless it's to get stable and go elsewhere. Don't go to Cooperstown either, they're not much better. Forget Bassett in general. Terrible, terrible network.

Very disappointing experience at the emergency room. I came in the middle of the night and staff was very impersonable with me, some barely even talking to me or updating me on results. I had to ask for my results as I watched the staff fall asleep at their desks, including the doctor. I didn’t feel like a priority as a patient even though I came in experiencing intense chest pain and felt very disappointed with the whole experience.

12/26/2025- I am writing this review at the request of my 38 y/o daughter who is on her way being transferred to a bigger hospital. She had surgery on her right knee 1 week and 1 day ago. This morning she woke up suddenly feeling very ill. She called for an ambulance and was taken directly to AO Fox Hosp. She has been in the ER the entire day almost 8 hrs. She was treated WONDERFULLY, kept informed, had multiple tests and was moved to different sections on the dept. Each employee treated her with kindness and respect and kept her well informed. She would especially like to give a shout out to: Dr. Pepper, RN (travel) Larissa, and ER tech Jericca. They took wonderful care of her and made her feel very cared about. No one who has to go to an ER should be looking to be treated as if they are the only one there. It's a very tough environment and I can assure people that the life and death decisions are heart breaking. My family and I HIGHLY recommend the AO Fox Hosp Emergency room !

I had a total left hip replacement done on Aug. 28, 2025. I had the best experience & care while I was at A.O. Fox Hospital. The Nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Mills were amazing. Also the Nurses & the PT girls took very good care of me after my Surgery.Thank you to all of you! I’m still doing PT an doing very well. No more pain! Thank you Nancy Jacques 🙏🏻
