As a neighbor, I have concerns for the safety of residents at Hampshire House. Residents have escaped the facility and shown up at our house which is a hundred yards through the woods next to a steep gorge. Anytime we have gone to the facility to discuss with them, there is no one around. You can walk into the facility without getting acknowledged and walk around at your leisure. We have had to seek out staff in order to talk to someone. They no longer have a sign near the roadway, so medical services and visitors show up at the wrong location. Unfortunately the home is owned by a company that has at least 23 other facilities so this one may not be a priority.
