My sister in in Chestnut Park and has been having health problems where she has spent time in hospitals. When asked if she would like to try a different rehab center she is quick to say the people at Chestnut Park are friendly and take good care of her. She does not want to go any other place. When I talk to them they are always friendly and helpful.

Our Mom was discharged 6/13/24 from short term Rehab after sustaining a pelvic fracture. She progressed remarkedly quickly per her team. Dr. Nathan, Olivia and their Team are so professional, very experienced and a joy to work with per Mom. Thank you for making this experience successful. Jane, Jim and Karen B

My mother, a short term rehab patient, was discharged from Chestnut Park this morning. We were completely impressed with the energy, drive, professionalism and caring nature of every staff member we were in contact with. In particular, Samara, Tara, Abby, Earl, and Lisa could not have been more helpful under the stressful conditions created by understaffing—an all too common problem these days. To say these folks go above and beyond every minute of their workdays would be an understatement!

Excellent & Caring Facility I recently broke my femur (hip) and after surgery was discharged to Chestnut Park. I could not have found any place better for rehab. The staff is warm and caring and ready to help in any way they can. The Physical Therapy and the OT is excellent and got me up and going in a remarkably short period of time. The nursing staff is wonderful and very careful that you get all the medications correctly and on time. Special thanks to Amanda as well Tara in Social Services and Taylor in nursing are wonderful and helpful with any matters that might arise during your stay and ready to help in any way you might need The care meeting was well run and the plan for my rehab could not have been better. Everyone there seems to care. I was very impressed that on a day with lots of snow, the entire staff made it in! That's dedication. Any yes, for an institution the food was really good and if you did not want what was on the menu, they offer good alternatives

The administration department is extraordinary. Cassie has help my husband and I so much with our insurance need. We would have been lost without her. Bridget is there to help anyone who needs it. She goes around and speaks with long term and short residents. She is there to help anyway she can with any problems You may have. The kitchen staff is also very good. The food is awesome I have enjoyed every bit of it. Therapy department are very helpful and have gotten me stronger so I can return home very soon. The nursing department I feel like they work very hard to help out the long and short term residents when they need them. The activity department have been helpful with keeping me busy with things to do. The maintenance staff they have been there to help out with any issues as well as the housekeepers.
