Our family felt the warmth as soon as we entered. We were greeted by Stacy with a big smile and welcoming conversation. Amy was patient and filled with compassion knowing the difficulties of placing my father outside of his home and away from my Mother. Love this community already!!!

We felt at home right from the beginning. The apartments are wonderful and we think we'll be very happy there. The amenities are many, the staff are all very friendly and Amy that we toured with was so helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome .<br>We picked an apartment and look forward to our new life!

Almost 2 years ago now, my Dad’s health deteriorated rapidly requiring an emergency move of my mother and father to an independent apartment at The Plains. At the time Sierra was the marketing partner, and she treated my parent’s the way we all want our parent’s treated. She did everything in her power to assist with our emergent housing needs. Unfortunately, Dad only spent one night there before passing, but the staff, residents, and atmosphere were exactly what my Mom needed to transition to life without Dad after 58 years. Roll the clock forward a year and there was a very unfortunate fire in an apartment near my Mom’s. The quick and professional action by the staff in the wee hours of the morning prevented the incident from being tragic. They calmly woke and evacuated everyone to safety. For all of this the front desk staff, Amy, Michelle, and Laurie deserve huge kudos, they are always helpful and supportive. The grounds are beautiful. Dogs are allowed.
