If I could give this place a 0 I would they don’t even deserve a one star at all. My mother in law has had a rough time at this facility. I have always heard that nursing homes were bad, but never would inhave imagined it being this bad. It's been really challenging and psychologically stressful for my husband having to deal with the reality of his mother's health see it decline due to neglect. When I would ask my husband how his mom is doing I would hear good news when she was out of Windsor. When she is taken to an ER or a hospital she would be more alert. However, when she would be brought back to Windsor her health would decline. At times I would see the confusion from my husband becauee the people at Windsor would never give the family straight forward answers to their questions. My husband and his siblings were constantly trying to get answers and Windsor and its communication along with their transparency was horrible. I spoke to my husband a couple of days ago and he told me that his sister reached out to Windor's leadership and they told her that their job is not to improve patients health but to keep them stable. When I heard my husband say that, I knew this place was a death chamber masked as a place of care. The 5 star reviews here have to be fake. There's no way that this place can recieve 5 stars. On its best day its a 1 and a half stars! I have personally been there to visit my mother in law and have seen how they literally abandoned her and left her to rot. Complete neglect. This is unacceptable! They care more about the money and not your loved one. Send your loved one hear if you hate them. If you love them, keep them away from this place.

This skilled nursing and rehab facility truly stands out for its warm and welcoming environment. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that the staff genuinely care about their patients. The Director of Nursing and the social worker are exceptional—they take the time to really listen, understand each patient’s needs, and ensure the best possible care and support. It’s clear that compassion and communication are top priorities here. Highly recommend!

This past stay was the 2nd time for my Mother. We went back the 2nd time because the administration and staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, punctual and the facility stays clean. The residents are fully taken care of. You become family after a while. I would highly recommend this facility for short and long term stays. Thank you Windsor Quail Valley.
