My Father stayed at this facility after a long hospitalization. I highly recommend you seek other facilities if rehabilitation is your main goal. During my experience, I was discouraged to mobilize my Father and I was turned away from utilizing the rehab gym with my Father (even with therapy staff supervision) and even though I am currently a licensed therapist. The only reason for not being allowed to utilize the gym according to the therapy director was, “Some of the therapists don’t like it.” This lack of encouragement and lack of support for my Dad’s recovery is disappointing to say the very least, and it speaks volumes of the values that this facility upholds. Seek elsewhere if you value the rehabilitation of your loved one.

Our elderly father had a small subdural hematoma from a fall. He was in ER then ICU then regular room then discharged to a fulltime rehab center. He needed speech, occupational, and physical therapy. The hospital gave us a list of SNF (skilled nursing facilities for rehab) that my dads insurance would cover. This was the first time we'd ever experienced a SNF. We did our homework and researched the list. Google reviews helped us make the decision to choose Windermere @westoverhills. So I am paying the favor back to others looking for full time rehab for their loved ones with my review. There were some very positive and some negative reviews. I learned from my boss when it comes to reviews some will always think you're the best and some will think you're the worst. So you take those top few excellent reviews and bottom bad reviews out of your decision equation and you take to heart whats left, and those were all positive. So we chose Windermere and so happy we did. The rehab team is amazing. My father progressed in all 3 rehab disciplines. I'm drawing a blank on their names but it was pretty much a lot of them that played a huge role in helping my father regain his strength. The Executive team is very supportive and thoroughly explained how the insurance and SNF industry work. My father's case manager, Katina, was very patient with us because we had a lot of questions, sometimes the same questions. She made herself available at anytime via txt messaging. The CNA staff frequently pepped up my father the duration of his stay complimenting him on how he was looking better and stronger. Thank you Windermere 😊 🙏 for caring.

This my second time being here. The 1st time was great. Kudos to Anishia, Jimmy, Johnny the driver, and all the nursing staff that gave me my pills. I was at room 609. The second time was a nightmare. All the staff members had some kind of attitude. This includes the nursing staff that give me my pills, the cleaning crew and the nurses that suppose to help you. It takes them over an hour after you press the help button for them to show up. Expect for Nay, but I think she there to help out when someone go on break. I asked to switched room, but they said no without an explanation. The tv is broken over here. There is a order in the room. The PT and OT crew are good. They make sure I get me physical therapy in while being concerned about my health. I wish I can move back to my old room.
