⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we walked into Windemere at Westover Hills, my mom and I felt a sense of comfort and reassurance that is hard to put into words. Having to place a loved one in a nursing home, even short term, can be emotionally overwhelming, but the amazing staff here truly helped put my mind at ease. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of kindness, patience, and security they provided made such a difference during a stressful time for our family. The facility was clean, peaceful, and created an environment where my mom felt comfortable and cared for throughout her stay. Thank you to the entire team at Windemere at Westover Hills for your compassion, professionalism, and for making our experience everything we hoped for and more. Your care did not go unnoticed, and we are beyond grateful. 💙

Windemere is top notch. This place is amazing. They have amazing nurses, CNA’s and overall great staff. Katina, social worker, is always willing to help. She genuinely cares about her patients. Donna rose does amazing work with the patients. Yisel in medical records keep all orders and charts up to date. You can not find a better facility. It is elite. I would take my loved one there without hesitation.

This a great facility! Staff is great! Especially Katina Simmons their Social Worker. She is very good at what she does and is always available when you have any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend placing your loved one at this facility for short term or long term care. They will be in good hands! 👍👍

I want to give a shout out! to 2 outstanding staff at Windemere Westover Hills 1. Amanda Beebe. I don’t remember her job title, I only know what an encourager she is to my mother-in- law and to my wife and me. I have asked her guidance on follow on care and support. She is always “on time, on target.” I also appreciate that she stops by and checks in with my mother-in-law often. 2. Elias Mapupu. He is an LVN but often leads the team in following up on patients. I have seen many nurses spending time sitting in front of computers however, Elias is not one of them. He has taken the time to have personal engagement with my mother-in-law ensuring she istaking her medication and is doing well. I am confident Amanda and Elias are that intentional with other patients and family members so they represent Windemere well. We have been involved with Windemere almost 2 years and am very pleased with their support

As a nurse practitioner who works closely with skilled nursing facilities, I truly appreciate facilities that prioritize communication, teamwork, and patient care. The staff here have always been professional and helpful, and the facility works hard to meet the needs of their residents. I especially want to recognize Yisel Marquez in medical records. She is consistently responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful when records or documentation are needed. Her professionalism and efficiency make coordination of patient care much smoother, and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the team for your continued dedication to patient care and support.
