Mother stayed for rehab. She loved staff who checked in on her regularly, she ate the food. She was clean and dressed each time we came to visit. We loved that experience for her and if we needed those services again, we’d use Avir at Windcrest.

My mother was transferred to this facility last week and there were multiple very concerning things that occurred. I asked for the unit manager's phone number to discuss my concerns but was told they aren't allowed to give it out. It was bad enough that I had her moved to another facility the very next day.

This is a wonderful facility. It’s very well taken care of! The staff are outstanding and attentive to the residents! The atmosphere in the facility is very friendly and welcoming!
