Have recently moved here and I really like the community. I like that it’s a gated community. The people are friendly . Heather, the manager is very nice. Very helpful. Gaylon does a good job maintaining our property. so far so good. Good people here. Quite a few friends here. Plenty of activities as well.

Awesome place near Sam's club. 853 square feet, washer, dryer hook ups. Exercise room, side walks, game room, community room, gated. Has a dog park well kept area.

Wonderful place to live, terrific property staff and great neighbors, close-knit community living. Convenient location and beautiful apartments, I'm blessed to call this place home.

The apartments are spacious, well designed, optimum storage, well insulated and having two patios is a nice feature. Being a gated community, I felt safe and free of solicitors . Having the Community room for activities is a plus. However, the noise factor in that part of the facility, is at times intolerable & the hours are not convenient for residents use for private functions. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live. I wouldn't want to live in one of the units on the east side due to noise from Sam's noise factor.

BEAUTIFUL! Brand new senior tax credit property (low-income) for seniors only. 92 apartments in a gated community of both one and two bedroom apartments. Covered parking, all one level (no stairs), lovely clubhouse, plenty of organized activities and delightful management staff. Very well maintained grounds. In the "newer" part of Abilene, adjacent to the brand new (still under contruction as of this writing) Sam's club. Other new developments near-by. Currently 100% leased up, but they are accepting waiting list applications. Highly recommended.
