Terrible. If zero was an option, I would choose it.<br>My mother was here twice and the last time, she was placed on hospice. I would have to tell them to give her medication because she was in pain even though she was sitting in a wheelchair right beside the nurses station repeatedly saying “ow! Help me, help me”. I would get the run-around when asking them when she got her meds, and they would argue with me about her morphine PRN, stating she didn’t have one (which she did in fact have one hourly as needed).<br>They would take food into her room and just leave it even though she couldn’t feed herself.<br>They would let her sit in urine for hours - even after it was brought to their attention. This resulted in her getting a UTI that was very painful.<br>They would go days without bathing her.<br>She only lasted 6 days on hospice. We set up a bi-weekly self pay plan and paid in advance, and cannot get a response from the admin office about a refund.<br>To top it all off, when my mom was dying, they called the hospice nurse, but not family so that we could say goodbye.<br>This “care facility” is a disgrace.<br>I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau and health department.<br>@Wisteria - Enjoy your review. My dad is in this place, and its a wonderful caring and nurturing place. I'm thankful he's in a place where he's well taken care of! Thank you all!

DO NOT !!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!! SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE.<br>They are NEGLECTFUL. “Nursing and rehabilitation” yet will NOT help your family member. Absolutely no rehabilitation was done with my grandmother. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
